Linee guida per l'accesso al Museo

• L’accesso al museo è consentito esclusivamente durante gli orari di apertura al pubblico.

• I visitatori sono tenuti a conservare il biglietto di ingresso per tutta la durata della visita ed esibirlo su richiesta del personale.

• È richiesto un comportamento rispettoso degli spazi, delle opere e degli altri visitatori.

• È vietato toccare opere, arredi e allestimenti, salvo diversa indicazione.

• Non è consentito correre, urlare o disturbare il regolare svolgimento della visita.

• I minori devono essere accompagnati da un adulto responsabile.

• È vietato introdurre cibi e bevande all’interno degli spazi espositivi, salvo aree espressamente autorizzate.

• L’uso di telefoni cellulari deve avvenire in modalità silenziosa.

• Le fotografie sono consentite esclusivamente senza flash e per uso personale, salvo diversa indicazione.

• Per le visite guidate è necessario attenersi alle indicazioni della guida e rispettare gli orari concordati.

• La Direzione si riserva la facoltà di limitare o sospendere l’accesso per motivi di sicurezza o tutela del patrimonio.

Guidelines for Museum Access

• Access to the museum is allowed only during public opening hours.

• Visitors must keep their entrance ticket for the entire duration of the visit and show it upon request by staff.

• Visitors are expected to behave respectfully towards the spaces, artworks, and other visitors.

• Touching artworks, furnishings, and displays is prohibited unless otherwise indicated.

• Running, shouting, or disturbing the normal conduct of the visit is not allowed.

• Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Bringing food and beverages into the exhibition areas is prohibited, except in expressly authorized areas.

• Mobile phones must be used in silent mode.

• Photography is allowed only without flash and for personal use, unless otherwise indicated.

• For guided tours, visitors must follow the guide’s instructions and adhere to the scheduled times.

• The Management reserves the right to limit or suspend access for safety reasons or to protect the heritage.
